Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service.
    • Attend to all walk-in customers.
    • Respond to all telephone and fax sales and product inquiries.
    • Complete all requested quotes.
    • Place and coordinate special product orders.
    • Process cash and credit card purchases.
    • Process customer invoices.
    • Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
    • Process customer credits and returns.
    • Coorinate customer deliveries.
  • Support outside sales
    • Write up and process orders initiates on outisde sales calls.
    • Generate purchase orders.
    • Coorinate customers deliveries.
  • Maintain appearnace of store
    • Develop and step-up merchandising displays.
    • Keep store and showroom in an orderly, clean, well-stocked condition.
    • Identify out of stock items and forward to purchase agent.
    • Stock and front shelves.
  • Assist customer collections.
  • Maintain sales literature and samples.
  • All other task and projects assigned by Management.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • High school dipolma or GED.
  • Interperosnal skills, organized, and motivated.
  • Basic Math Skills.
  • Must be able to deal with employees and customers in a professional manner in a variety of stressful situations.

Working Conditions:

Employee regularly required to sit, use computer, and telephone.
